A mountain outcrop that works as a stage and as a ledge at the same time, so it is a place to stand on and a place to fall from. Sumitra Peries's Ganga Addara has somewhere like it, and that is where the idea came from. When I looked at the finished painting I noticed it also resembles the rock in The Lion King, which had not occurred to me while I was working, and I left it alone.
