I like mountains very much, and sunrises and sunsets, and I like to travel, but there are places I have not been able to reach. So I painted one. There are waterfalls in it, rivers, a long range of mountains, a high open sky. It looks a little unreal when you stand in front of it, which suited me. This one took longer than most and I enjoyed every part of making it. When it was finished and I stepped back, I felt as though I had walked those mountains myself.
